Shipping

Any order with a subtotal of $850 or more, will qualify for free standard shipping. KEY Apparel will select the most appropriate shipping method, based on weight, dimensions and destination of the shipment.

Shipments of orders less than $850, will be shipped utilizing the most economic method. Shipping charges will be calculated based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the shipment and applied to the invoice or billing method.

Customers who wish to select a specific shipping method or who would like to utilize their own shipping carrier account, should contact Customer Service at 800-835-0365 or customerservice@keyapparel.com.

The standard order processing time for KEY Apparel is 1-2 business days. This timeframe is subject to change during high volume shipping seasons and in the event of any other extenuating circumstances. KEY Apparel strives to process orders as quickly as possible. Customers who need guaranteed processing and delivery timeframes should select an expedited shipping method.

Orders requesting expedited shipping methods must be received by 12:00 pm CST to be shipped on the same business day. Orders received on weekends, holidays or after the 12:00 pm CST cutoff time, will not be processed and shipped until the next business day. Expedited shipping charges will be calculated based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the shipment and applied to the invoice or billing method.

 

 

Returns

All returns must be approved by KEY with a Return Merchandise Authorization. To obtain authorization, please contact KEY Customer Service at 800-835-0365 or customerservice@keyapparel.com.

Terms and conditions of return authorization are as follows:

  • A Restocking Fee of 20% of merchandise value will be deducted from merchandise credit.
  • Product must be in first quality condition. (Including tags.)
  • Request must be made within 15 days of receiving the product.
  • Requests for return must include a reason, invoice number, quantity, and style/color/size or SKU of product.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping charges and is encouraged to utilize a traceable shipping carrier.
  • KEY is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
  • The RMA number provided must be referenced with the return to ensure proper credit.
  • No handling fees, service charges or shipping refunds will be allowed.

KEY reserves the right to modify any of the above polices in their entirety at any time.
