insulated 'Logan' green Insulated coveralls ~LT

Fabric andl ining are a nice weight, overall design and fit are fine for my 6' 165# son with only a thermal top on. But as he needs for cold and probably wearing a coat decided to go up one size to the XL Tall. The waistline was good and slightly longer which is good for those with long torsos, note that when he stretched his arms overhead like working on a car, the pants road up about 9" and were just a tad tight on the 'boys and need a little extra room to put a coat on under. Otherwise I'd say I'm happy with the quality of the pair that came. Reordered XLT and will see how that fits and review.

    Coveralls

The coveralls work great. But I will think twice about ever ordering from them or referring them to friends or family. I was told I would get them in a week. I ordered them because I needed to use them immediately after they were supposed to arrive. It took them 22 days to get to me. The company they use to ship items is horrible!!

    insulated coveralls

The product was a per fit. How ever back years ago when I first started getting this brand of coveralls, the leg zipper went all the way up the side of the leg to the pocket. This made it easy to take the coveralls on and off with a pair of boots on, instead of having to take your boots off. I would be interested in knowing if these coveralls are still available and in my size.

    Sizing chart

I just received my pair of insulated coveralls. I used the website sizing chart. I’m 6’1 1/2” tall and 210 lbs. so I ordered a xl tall. When I opened it up and unfolded the coveralls I knew immediately that they was going to be too long and when I tried them on I was right. I have a son that is 6’5”. I had him try them on and the length was just right on him. I thought about sending them back and ordering a xl regular but I didn’t. I was just going to deal with it being too long because I needed some coveralls now. Then I started thinking. It’s says that it is 100% cotton. So I washed them and dried them on high heat until they was bone dry. I tried them on again after and sure enough, now they fit exactly the way I wanted. I hope this review helps other people find the right size for them because the coveralls do shrink in length. They shrink in width to but not as much.

    Loden Green Twill Coveralls

These are my fourth insulated coveralls after wearing out ones from Carhartt, Dickies and a no-name brand. As far as I can tell these are probably the best value. I got the twill this time because the cotton duck variety takes a while to break in and get flexible. Looks like a smart move. I'm 5'10" and 190 pounds and the LR fits great. If you wanted to make them perfect I would add pleated underarms because reaching overhead tends to lift the whole coverall, but they all have this problem.

    Insulated Coveralls for Men

I purchased these 2XLR's to replace my outgrown 30 plus year old "made in the USA" Key brand insulated coveralls. I hope these give me the same service life. The old ones are now worn by my son. 4 stars simply because they are not "Made in the USA". Also, I was wanting the saddle color but only black was in stock. Otherwise they fit pretty well and had all the same features as the old pair that I was used to. Kept me warm during the 2024/2025 Midwest winter.

    2nd Pair (larger)

After having "my usual size" (Large Regular) of these coveralls for a year, I ordered an XL Tall one in the same (tougher than cotton) green nylon-blend fabric so that I can have a size big enough to cover a down vest or chore jacket as extra layers when plowing snow on sub 20 degree days without a cab. For extra warmth, a person either needs an oversize chore coat to go on top or oversize coveralls to be the outer layer. At 5' 10-1/2" and 185 lbs, the LR size is just right for use as an insulated suit to quickly pull on to get the mail at the road, to wear inside the unheated garage, or for snowblowing when it's above 20 degrees. I've even put these on to work at the computer indoors when it was below zero outside as an easy way to be toasty warm with zero cold spots head to toe while I relaxed after the day. The LR size are a bit short for me at (5' 10-1/2") from crotch to shoulder for overhead reaching tasks. The torso length tries to stop my elbows at shoulder height by pulling at the armpit area of the garment. Thus, I decided to order a pair of XL Talls for colder days outside, to allow reaching around above shoulder level from a ladder, and for extra girth to fit over a down vest or work coat when more layers are required.
